If you are expecting a newborn and you have chosen Pediatric & Adolescent Associates, A Part of Lexington Clinic (PAA) as your pediatric office, we would like to thank you!  Choosing the right pediatrician for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make. By selecting PAA, you can feel confident and comfortable that you have made the right decision.

Our physicians feel very strongly that each child should have a medical home, one practice to meet the primary needs of that child. Going to other offices, urgent treatment facilities, or emergency rooms for well visits or routine illnesses (cold, ear infections, etc.) does not offer the best continuity of care, and as a result, your child’s records are often not updated with the latest medical information.  However, we do understand that using the services of a UTC may be necessary at times.

What to Expect

A pleasant, comfortable first visit builds trust and helps put the child at ease during future visits. We want your child to enjoy getting to know our doctors and staff, so we work hard to establish this bond during every appointment to our office. During your initial appointment, we will explain everything in detail and answer any questions you may have.

We look forward to meeting you and your child and providing the quality, comprehensive medical care you expect and deserve.

Our Mission

At Pediatric & Adolescent Associates, we strive to provide the highest quality of care in a compassionate and friendly environment.

Our History

Pediatric & Adolescent Associates was founded in 1959 on the principle of excellent medical care in a warm, friendly environment. We joined Lexington Clinic on February 1, 2024. We strive to offer the best pediatric care and to be very accommodating to our patients. Through the years, we have grown in personnel and facilities without sacrificing personal qualities. Our physicians are all Board Certified/Eligible Pediatricians and trained at some of the finest medical schools in the country. Because of the longevity of the practice, we are now being rewarded with the ultimate compliment: 2nd and 3rd generations of PAA families!

Designed to be open and informal, PAA is one of the largest, best-equipped pediatric offices in Kentucky. Our Main location is located within easy access from New Circle Road in Lexington, KY. Our services include on-site laboratory, on-site radiology, vision & hearing screenings, and the ability to offer some minor procedures. Our facilities also include sick & well waiting areas, and our staff is compprised of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants and Certified Technicians. We have a satellite location that is located off Richmond Road on North Eagle Creek Drive. This location is open Monday through Friday.

Toys in Waiting Room / Exam Rooms

In an effort to minimize the spreading of germs, we do not have toys in our waiting room or our exam rooms. Our physicians feel it is very important to minimize unnecessary exposure to illnesses.
