First Choice

First Choice is a new service for our patients suffering from acute symptoms who need to be seen the day they call their provider.
If your regular provider cannot see you the day you call, you will be offered an appointment at First Choice.

We strive to provide the best care for our patients and are glad to offer this new, same-day appointment service.

How to Schedule:

First, call your regular Lexington Clinic primary care provider. If your provider cannot see you the day you call, the receptionist will be able to schedule you an appointment at First Choice.

If you are experiencing any COVID-related symptoms please call First Choice for instructions on how to be seen.

Normal Operating Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

Common Conditions Treated:

Non-emergency illness and injuries for patients 2-years-old and up.

• Abnormal blood pressure without other symptoms
• Allergies
• Bladder and urinary tract infections
• Cough, cold, flu or bronchitis
• Minor burns
• Minor cuts and lacerations
• Minor illness or injury
• Rash
• Skin and eye infection (pink eye)
• Sore throat, earache, sinus
• Sprain and fracture
• Upset stomach
• X-ray and lab work
