Lexington Clinic is committed to making a difference in the lives of others. As an organization, and as individuals, we do this by providing exceptional care and supporting our communities as volunteers and good corporate citizens.
Diabetes Education Program
The Diabetes Education Program provides patients with comprehensive, evidence-based diabetes self-management education and equips them with the knowledge and community resources to maintain optimal diabetes control and to reduce the risk of complications from diabetes.

This is a support group for women with breast cancer or those who have had breast cancer. Meetings take place at the Lexington Clinic Center for Breast Care on the second Tuesday of each month from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., and offer women an opportunity to discuss breast cancer experiences, learn about resources and options and receive emotional support from others facing breast cancer.
