Lexington Clinic participates with many insurance plans - this list is not all-inclusive, but a representative sample. Please contact our business office at +1 (859) 258-6200 with questions regarding specific participation. A note to Medicare eligible patients: Lexington Clinic accepts standard Medicare Part B, Railroad Medicare and UMWA. In addition, we will continue to accept Humana Medicare Advantage Plans as well as United Healthcare Medicare Advantage Plans. Patients covered under other Medicare advantage policies may contact our customer service department to discuss how they may continue to be seen at our facilities.
