Lexington Clinic Welcomes 6 New Physicians

LEXINGTON, KY. – 9/30/2024 – Lexington Clinic is pleased to announce six new physicians have joined its dermatology, OB/GYN, neurology, pediatrics, and radiology specialties. The Clinic is also excited to announce Lexington’s only dedicated pediatric dermatologist.


Sarah Callahan, MD is now a physician in the Clinic’s radiology department. She is a board-certified member of the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Callahan has more than 14 years’ experience in breast radiology, and more than 20 years’ experience practicing medicine. Dr. Callahan’s office is located at 1221 S. Broadway, Lexington, KY 40504. Rebecca Oliver-Lemieux, DO, specializes in obstetrics and gynecology. She is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centered, and culturally competent care. She offers treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis, and pelvic pain. She also provides services in prenatal care, STD screening, infertility, urinary incontinence, and routine gynecology and obstetrics. Dr. Oliver-Lemieux’s office is at 160 N. Andrea Waldman, MD is fellowship-trained and triple board-certified in dermatology. Melissa Smith, DO is board-certified in neurology and provides treatment of Parkinson’s disease, strokes, multiple sclerosis, headaches, spasticity, migraines, muscle diseases, epilepsy and seizures, neuropathy, and general neurological consultations. Michael Renzi, Jr., MD, joins Dermatology Associates of Kentucky, a Part of Lexington Clinic. Dr. Renzi is board-certified in dermatology. He performs cosmetic procedures, skin cancer screenings, and skin cancer surgery services in adult and adolescent dermatology. He treats a wide spectrum of dermatologic conditions including basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma, and other rare skin cancers. Leticia Dirks, MD, joins Pediatric & Adolescent Associates, a Part of Lexington Clinic.
