LEXINGTON, KY. – 09/03/2024 – Lexington Clinic congratulates Haider Abbas, MD, and Erin Moore, MD, for graduating from the Kentucky Medical Association’s award-winning Kentucky Physicians Leadership Institute.
The KPLI is a top leadership training program for physicians in Kentucky. The exclusive program selects a maximum of just 15 physicians each year to engage in a year-long learning program to prepare the next generation of physician leaders. In addition to hearing from expert guests, graduates also studied the advocacy, business, communications, and personal aspects of leadership.
Haider Abbas, MD, is board-certified in rheumatology and practices at Lexington Clinic’s South Broadway campus. Dr. Abbas provides services for treating a wide range of inflammatory conditions. Dr. Abbas has more than 30 years’ experience in medicine.
Erin Moore, MD, is board-certified in internal medicine and practices at Lexington Clinic’s South Broadway campus. Dr. Moore emphasizes preventative medicine and the benefits of plant-based nutrition. Dr. Moore has more than 18 years’ experience in medicine.
Nine additional physicians from across the Commonwealth also graduated from the prestigious program.
