Travel Information

Please note, travel agencies are now required to give TSA each passenger’s date of birth before the airline ticket can be confirmed and issued. Asking you for that information is contrary to Lexington Clinic policy, thus you need to contact Altour within 24 hours of your receipt of the airfare itinerary so your tickets will be confirmed.

Simply phone 1-800-445-0419, provide your Booking Locator Number and your dates of birth. Altour will then issue the ticket to us, and we will provide it to you electronically, along with your hotel and rental car confirmation.

Next Steps

We are flexible and will be glad to accommodate what works best for your schedule. Please feel free to reach out to our Physician Services and Recruitment Manager if you would like to discuss any of the above items.

Again thank you for your interest in Lexington Clinic and we look forward to your onsite visit!
