Grants Program

Letter of Intent

Lexington Clinic Foundation will be soon accepting proposals for our next grant cycle. Please check back for dates of submission for 2022.

Please submit a two page (maximum) letter of intent summarizing your funding request. You may also submit a one page budget summary, optional. Grant amounts are generally $3,000.00 to $10,000.00

Letters will be reviewed by the grant committee after the postmark deadline. Following first round reviews, organizations will be invited to complete the full application. Please note, an invitation to complete the application does not guarantee funding in any amount.

Community Grant Guidelines

Education
We are committed to the education of people of all ages. Programs requesting funds should be health related and available to the public.
Research
Requests for funding to support medical research are evaluated using a different application process. For more information, please see our research page.
Patient & Community Services
We strive to strengthen the quality of individual and family life by providing opportunities for growth and development for the greater good of the community.
Amount
Typical grants range is $3000 to $10,000
Eligibility
Lexington Clinic Foundation does not fund:

- Individuals
- Political organizations
- Labor organizations
- Private schools (unless program is open to public)
