Dr. Theresa Wolfe is board-certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation with subspecialty board certification by both the American Board of Spinal Cord Injury Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. She provides services including nerve conduction testing/EMGs, spasticity management (including Botox injections), joint and tendon injections with ultrasound guidance, custom wheelchair prescriptions, amputee care, paraplegic and tetraplegic care, hemiplegic care, neurogenic bowel/bladder management, and neuromuscular ultrasound.
