Dr. Owen is board-certified in Neurological Surgery. He provides consultation services in cranial, spinal and peripheral nerve surgery; including primary and metastatic brain tumors, vascular lesions, pituitary tumors, hydrocephalus, chiari malformations, spinal column fractures, including compression fractures; spinal tumors, deformative and degenerative spinal disease, compressive neuropathies and other neurosurgical pathology.
